How do you make us feel safe with your employees?
For your peace of mind and ours employees are background checked and drug tested.

Will it be someone new each time?
No, you are assigned a cleaner. As long as you are happy you keep the same one. In the event they can not come we can work together to get a substitute.

How do I pay?
We accept cash, check made payable to Colonial Cleaning Company. If you would prefer Visa, Master, American Express just call the office and we can set that up for billing (we bill once per month).

When I need to cancel is there a charge?
No, life happens. We understand there in sometimes a reason for you to cancel and we do not charge you for doing so.

What if they are cleaning my home and they get hurt?
Unlike using a private uninsured person, Colonial Cleaning Company is covered by insurance that will cover an injury of the cleaner and also if we damage something in your home our insurance covers that as well.

How often do you change employees?
Rarely, the average employee has been with us for 2.5 years. We pay well and have a happy work place therefore having low turn over.

Is there a contract to sign?
No, unless you are a commercial account. We do not lock people in to a service contract.
